Accessing Your Account

To access your account you will need to enter the following information.

Your account number. You will find your account number printed on your statement. If you have trouble locating your account number please click here. Your billing ZIP code. The first three letters of your last name as it appears on your statement.

Account Summary

Once you log on, you will see your Account Information.

This will include your billing information, the facility information where you received your services, the date of charge, and the charge amount.	Click on the image above for a larger view.
If any of your billing information needs to be changed, click the link below your account information and make your changes on the account information screen. Press the save button when finished.	Click on the image above for a larger view.

Make Payment

Payment Amount
The total amount due will automatically appear in the payment field. If you are paying the full amount, click the next button. If you are making a partial payment, enter the amount in the payment field then click the next button.	Click on the image above for a larger view.
Credit Card Information
The cardholder information needs to include the following information. The cardholder’s first and last name Your contact email address Your billing address What type of credit card you are using The card number (type the numbers only - you do not need spaces or dashes ) The card expiration date You may make comments about your statement in the comment field	Click on the image above for a larger view.
NOTE: This is a secure site. Your credit card information will not be saved for future use. Once you have filled in your credit card information, click the next button to process your account. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment.
